The 7 Dogs

We didn't have too much of a choice to choose from call the cops or immediately made the rescue, Yes, we’ve made the humanity choice and took them to take urgent medical attention the next day & the day after that.

We later have a couple of further conversations with the “claims-to-be-house-owner” we have reasons to believe she actually know this irresponsible owner in person…however, we can do nothing but keep our faith that he will be punished by what he has done to these 7 poor lads today

We have received SOS request from a house owner on the 28th of October – a renter ran away with 2 months of overdue rent and left behind 7 dogs. We could have imagined they must be starving so we have brought along with us 40 Ibs of dog food for the rescue operation. As soon as they could smell the food, they did not even bother to find out who we were but dived straight in and ate as much as they could…God knows how long they have been out of food & water. I can guarantee you can feel now how sad we've felt at the scene when we saw in the eyes they would die for a bite of food.

As soon as we have settle down mentally, we realized we were surrounded with 360 degree of ticks, like special effect made in scary movies – all over the walls and on the ceiling. What can be worse than trying to count a sea of dry “pull-pull” on the root, trust me, you will lose count! The dogs were fully covered in black dots, just a wipe on their bodies; we have ended up a hand full of fully grown “Black Bean” ticks. Further into the investigation, we felt even more depressed when we’ve found out the male renter is a sexual disease carrier since the left behind materials is nothing but medicine for VD & sex toys.

Due to this is an obvious case of animal abuse, we wanted to call the cops but we have to change our decision because on-the-spot, we could tell from our experience besides from their sickness most of the female ones were also pregnant. The reason is that if we've called the cops, all those dogs will be re-direct to AFD and eventually they would have to make their labour deliveries there, it will be a real fact that we won’t be able to handle that sudden increase in numbers and it will be very much more complicated to handle.
