Objective

Cases of mistreating and abusing animals are happening all over the world, yet, we find it hard to believe that in a small place like Hong Kong, every year there are more than tens of thousands of cats and dogs are either put to sleep or being abandoned in the streets and this is a daily thing. Whether it is because of living problems or simply because the owner got sick and tired of the animal, human beings tend to find an unacceptable and selfish excuse to abandon these wonderful creatures who has been a part of their life. In view of the fact that this abandonement is getting serious, through love and education, AAC is set up with a goal to let people know that having a pet is for life and is a life-long commitment.

We also hope that we are able to decrease the number of stray animals in this beautiful city. We strive to promote and support The Catch, Desex and Release Program. At the moment we are in desperate need of the assistance of those who feed the stray animals, because they are the ones that the stray animals come to trust and make this program a success.

Therefore this forum is established, a place for the volunteers to exchange information and experience and also a place for some animals waiting to be adopted to find a suitable home.

Lastly, we hope the members of AAC will spread the word of love thy animals around and let these poor and desperate animals begin a new life.
